It is so difficult to put up a business without enough fund but I know the most difficult in having a business is with right amount of capital (or even too much) but without your heart on it. Since I cannot stand up on my own yet I partnered with one of the well-known local companies in IT industry that operates nationwide in our country. I am glad that the course I took up when I was in college is related on what I am doing right now. I am the master of my time unlike those 5x8 employees. Being a business developer and technical consultants would not be enough for me to fulfill my dreams that is why I also do marketing, and act as a salesman as well.
My family has no interest in business maybe because the risk is very high. Failure is always part of life and we cannot avoid it. As the time goes by we are becoming more cautious. I had failed many times because the previous endeavors that I gone through were not really in the list of my interests. I never calculated the risk before, now I know my path although there are many hindrances and struggles along the way I am now seeing the right direction.
I thank God for giving me the strength and courage to face the challenges in life.

My Business Trips
I had been to many places in the past days. During my absence in Manila I was so busy in out-of-town events and technical trainings to our business partners. There are lots of things or I would say great spots within our country that yet to be discovered instead of thinking of going to other countries. I am glad that I am a natural-born Filipino citizen that can enjoy travels within the Philippines without worrying too much such as travel documents or passports (of course I don't need that).
I enjoyed local foods in Cebu, Davao, and my next destination will be in Cagayan de Oro City in Mindanao next week. In the places that I had been to I could say that the people there were very accommodating and I love the convenience of transportation at very low cost. We are targeting to have business event in Palawan Island to enjoy of course their local delicacies and hot spots there. I guess next time the venue for the business event should be in beach resorts and not in hotels that we used to have it in function rooms.

Manny Pacquiao Won The Fight Against Clottey!
Before I proceed with another topic I want to tell my readers here that my favorite boxer has won and has defended his championship belt against Clottey. I was so happy that Manny was declared winner but personally I did not enjoy the fight--NO MATCH! I had seen the nervousness of Clottey before the fight. He was not too responsive on the thrown punches of Manny. I was expecting a knockout but Clottey had ensured his safety by blocking with the help of his wrists to protect his head from the bullet punches of Manny.
I did not see fatigue from Manny. Even on the last round he was still punching like a speed of light. I guess that's why Floyd Mayweather, Jr. resist to fight the real pound-for-pound boxer of all times.
Manny has already proven that he is really the pound-for-pound king. The whole world was really amazed on the strength and endurance he had shown in the last fight. Would it be the last bout of Manny in boxing ring? He is now ready to retire if Mayweather, Jr. will not fight him.

Too Excited on Pacquiao-Clottey Fight
In few hours the clock will stop for every Filipino anywhere in the world. Many people will certainly go again to movie houses, coliseums, or in other places (sometimes free of charge) just to see Manny Pacquiao via live-feed (PPV) for the much-awaited fight. Normally the tickets are being sold for PHP500 (USD 10) per pax. I am planning to watch it in Araneta Coliseum for only just about PHP 150 (USD 3) just like in previous fight of Manny Pacquiao against the Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto.

Poker Addiction
These past days I had been busy with poker. No, it's not what you think. I lost only chips and not really big bucks. Actually what I have lost is time. But anyway, I enjoyed playing it, thanks to poker in Facebook. I started with 2,000 chips and reached up to 1,030,000 then it turned me down to 0...now I am still recovering from my BIG loss.
I have realized that life is just like poker or any games we knew. Sometimes you reach the top and sometimes you go down. It is how you manage your life. I do not consider myself a loser, I always find the reason why every time I lose in a game of life.
I am glad that in online poker I only lose chips unlike in the real game I could lose time, money, and perhaps future. I do not encourage the real game in life if a person is not ready to lose everything. Thanks to the lesson I have learned from playing it without practically paying money to understand the game of poker!
