Reunion with My High School Friends

I have met my high school friends recently after not seeing them for 14 years. Actually I have only met four of my classmates and two of them have already children. Most of them have their own families and I feel that I need to have my own as well. It was nice to have bottles of beer with them while sharing stories of past and present. Most of the impressions were about our new looks and body built. They have noticed that I gained weight and that's one of the reasons that I needed to take diet. I had tried to have a 30-day diet but unfortunately I have lost days instead of weight I cannot resist to eat plenty of foods especially this Christmas and the coming new year.

How I wish we could have high school reunion that everyone could attend but I know it is not possible since some of them have already their own lives abroad and the chance for having such party for the entire batch is very low.

I would consider one of the happiest moments in my life was during high school although I had many regrets--sorry but for those regrets it's a bit personal and I cannot disclose here. I had lost many opportunities when I was still a teenager but I am still delighted every time I reminisce the past years.

It is so nice to know that nowadays we have social media sites that you can keep in touch again with your long lost former classmates and friends but what really excites me most if I could meet them personally. Well, thanks to Facebook, Friendster, etc that at least I could get a chance to see them by looking at their published photos and what they are heading to. The communication is still there because of the technology that we know today.

Most of my high school classmates do not know that I am fond of blogging. If ever they get a chance to look at this article I would like to tell them that there will come a time that we could have regular gathering even just yearly. Those who are unable to go I think there will be no hindrance even just through video conferencing! That's the beauty of internet!

Now that it's Christmas time I hope they are in good shape and happy with their respective family.

What I Feel Right Now

While I am writing this post I am actually drunk and the culprits are two bottles of strong beer. I love this personal journal because it is my blog and anything I can tell about myself can be posted here. I drink alcohol because I have problem. I do not care if somebody will tell me I am unprofessional about this article. In my other blogs I cannot express about myself due to some restrictions on the topics.

Here, you can get to know the feelings of the writer and what is really going on about him. I am the Crazyhorse as what I have planted to the mind of my readers but I am actually into difficult situation right now and my extreme apologies for being so emotional as of this moment.

Well, I cannot disclose further more information about what I am going through as of for this very moment. I hate myself sometimes.

I live a simple life and right now I am about to decide for my life. You can write me email at livinginphils@yahoo.com and maybe for this moment you can help me with your advice...

Thank you very much for reading my articles.

Manny Pacquiao, 7 World Titles in Boxing

Last November 15, 2009 I had watched the fight between Miguel Cotto and Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. I was so nervous that Pacman may be knocked out since I know how strong the punch of Cotto by seeing his previous fights before. The Puerto Rican champ had given his title to the Filipino challenger.

Now, Pacman is one of the world 's known pound-for-pound king in boxing arena. He is the pride of General Santos City in Southern Philippines and the Filipinos everywhere in the world.

I believe he is the only singing boxer, a comedian, a politician and highest paid commercial endorser today. Before his fight with Cotto he managed to film his upcoming movie "Wapakman" to be shown on 25th of December this year, of course in the Philippines.

Way back to his latest fight with Cotto here are the highlights:

I could not get the right angle inside the Araneta Coliseum while watching the live event courtesy of pay-per-view (PPV) so after the fight at home I managed to watch again courtesy of delayed telecast from one of the leading local television networks. On this photo, Cotto receives a hard punch from Pacquiao.

Before the fight Cotto added tattoos on his body.

Cotto is unresponsive to Pacquiao's attack.

You can see the move of Pacquiao here with his side stance. His footworks really work in his fight with the Puerto Rican defending champ. In the 12th round with having 55 seconds remaining the referee has stopped the fight in favor of Pacquiao by TKO.

Pacquiao has now seven (7) WBO world titles. They have now negotiation with Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s camp for their fight plan to be expected by next year.

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has awarded the "Order of Sikatuna", the highest recognition only given to those Filipinos who made exceptional and meritorious services to the Republic of Philippines.

All Saints and Souls Day 2009 : Visiting Our Loved-Ones

Have you visited your departed loved-ones this year 2009?

Here are some of the images that I have taken last November 1 :

My grandfather who raised me to become what I am right now, a responsible and a law abiding citizen. I had learned lots from him. He made sure that I can finish my studies in college. I might become a drug addict or smoker if not what I had absorbed from my grandfather as becoming a good example. He walked the talk that's why it became effective to me.

When I was young he taught me some moral values. Despite of getting old I had seen how he loved my grandmother. His daily routine was to wake up every morning to cook for our breakfast. He did not finish his study but because he wanted to offer good life for his family he strove for the best and retired as Planner and Estimator (considering the fact that he only just finished 6th grade in elementary education)which mostly those engineering graduate can get that kind of position.

Before he died he managed to finish his autobiography. He was rushed to hospital and until on November 15, 2002 my aunt and I decided to go to the hospital in the province which about 6 hours travel by land to visit him but we did not make it. He died 11:00am and we arrived 1:15pm. He died beside his wife. He was 88.

My Trip to Pangasinan, Philippines

I have spotted two lovers facing the sea! So sweet! This picture was taken during my travel to Pangasinan, Philippines to buy fruits and vegetables and then sell off to earn for a living!

This is our dog inside our jeep. She's with us every time we are heading to Pangasinan to buy commodities to distribute to other places. It seems she's aware that I am getting a picture of her...Hmm, Nice pose "Saring" (Name of our dog)!

Going to My New Franchise Business in Philippines

I have my own franchise business located at the 2nd floor of LRT2-Recto Station in Manila. Since I am living in Marikina City I take the LRT2 from Recto to Katipunan going back home. From Katipunan I take jeep or FX straight away to Marikina to minimize my expenses instead of taking taxi or private vehicle.

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) pathway

For those new in Philippines, jeep is what we call king of the road

This is the new venture that I have started. I took a franchising business at affordable price.
For inquiries you may check it thru my mobile number at +6329128849419.

Today is Holiday!

Hello to Everyone! I am Crazyhorse. Thanks for dropping by here in My Journal.

September 21, 2009 is the declaration of nonworking day in the observance of the end of Ramadan. Although exactly 37 years ago here in the Philippines when the late great former president Ferdinand Marcos had declared the nation under martial law but the government has declared a nonworking day to give respect to Filipino-Muslim brothers who are observing the last day of Ramadan. Ramadan only coincides with the anniversary of military rule in the country.

For me it was a busy day, my body has full of sweat caused by the movement of the new Bibingka (Rice Cake) Cart from Marikina to Recto Manila. My uncle was my driver together with my aunt and a helper.

The time was around 12:00noon so we decided to have a lunch in Jollibee in Rotonda which is a boundary of Manila and Quezon City. I took the picture of the Jollibee as seen below:

While we are heading to Recto Manila from Rotonda after few minutes we have spotted the mobile car of ABS-CBN along the way. ABS-CBN is one of the nation's known and popular broadcasting company.

Here is the shot from inside of our van:

Everytime I go out I always bring my camera with me and anything I would find that got my interest I will be posting here. This would become my living online diary!
